Simplex (Italy) 5-speed derailleur with correct hanger and internal cable routing, Balilla steel brake caliper, nice enameled headbadge, extensive set of decals with a fascinating "AUTOMATIC SHIFTLESS GEAR" decal atop the toptube. Looks early-1950s. Anyone familiar with these bikes?
