I'm going by a half legible top tube decal, that I think reads, "Rapide". Looks like pretty much the standard old 26" wheel 3 speed but with a nice set of chrome drop bars. There's a 1971 bicycle license on the seat tube so it's at least that old. Can't find a model like this in any of the online catalog re-prints. Can anybody supply any info. My thoughts are to build up some aluminum 26"ers on track hubs and make an el-cheapo "clubman" style bike. Leaving all the tin in place. It's a cute little bike. Here's a link to a photo:
