Tony,
Considering this auction is fraudulent, you shouldn't be
surprised by anything the "seller" states. This is a
"hijacked" auction. You can find the real one by doing an eBay
search for the followng keywords: Paramount P-15. You'll see
both the real auction and the spoofed version. You'll note the
discrepancy in the number of bids between the two auctions.
