With the standard 21c track tire, i believe that the wheel radius is around 334mm or almost 13.25 inches. Subtracting 5 cm from that which is a hair under 2 inches, Masi track bikes were around 11.25 give or take 2-3mm bb height.
DW At Masi, for all those national, pan-american, world and olympic team bikes, we went with 5cm drop. (I can't recall wheel diameters anymore.) Unrest Don, what would the BB height be?
