35 was the smallest. 36 is on ebay from time to time. I use a 36 x53 and a 13 x 23 and it is very nice. I use a sr front and a Victory rear mech. It will go to a 28 in the back if you have the wheel fairly far back in the fork ends. It would be happier with a 26.
