It looks like the change took place right around 1974 or 1975. The 1973 catalog on RetroRaleighs shows older style decals, but the 1976 catalog shows the intermediate Reynolds Tube Co. decals. There is no 1975 catalog, and wouldn't you know it, the 1974 catalog is the only one I can't get to load.
