It's unfortunate I can't get the 1974 catalog on RetroRaleigh to load, as 1974 could have had either one. The 1973 catalog shows the old decals, the 1976 catalog the Reynolds Tube Co. one. One other interesting detail. Your image and Dale's on the CR site and measurements made by CR members on the French-language Reynolds Tube Co. decal all show that they were slightly wider than they were high, although less so than the earlier decal. But the 1976 RetroRaleigh catalog shows the decal prominently, and it appears to be square, if not slightly higher than wide, which means the one my 1974 International may not be a reproduction after all. But this would mean the decal used by Raleigh was a diffrent shape from the French one, and maybe even different from all other English ones. This just keeps getting more confusing. I think maybe Gianni Motta and Rivendell have the right idea in not applying any tubing decal at all.
