I have a copy of the Bicycle Trader with that article if helpful. Also, Schwinn published a (100 year?) history that should be considered close to a primary source, can't recall if there was much on Paramount's. I have a copy of that but would have to dig into storage to find it.
Lastly, Jim Hurd has written extensively of Schwinn history and may have some great source material, or know who acquired relevant material during the sell-off of Schwinn assets in the early 1990's. Of course taking this step would involve a lot of effort on someone's part.

There was a history of the Paramount published in Bradley Woehl's periodical that was the house pub of American Cyclery in SF. As I recall that issue was in paper form (maybe online as well) and came out in late 1999 or early 2000, and dealt more with the modern history on into the Waterford years.
