This is a comment we should all take to heart. You are speaking somewhat in jest, but you are fundamentally correct imo. There is something analogous to this in real estate. All the big time investors slave over investment real estate trying to buy just right, operate just right, and sell or refi just right, only to find that ordinary folks, who just buy as many houses as they can everytime the market tanks, often wind up with better ROIs over a couple economic cycles.
