Hi, All--
When I needed to find a seatpost binder bolt for my circa 1970 Cinelli SC Brian Baylis kindly turned me on to "master machinist and all around good guy" Jamie Swan at Centerport Cycles - Northport, N.Y. Jamie had made some repros out of stainless steel. They're not chromed, but they look good and work great. I suppose you could always have them chromed if you wanted (can stainless steel be chromed?). Anyway, the market price about a year or so ago was in the $50 range. Jamie is definitely all that Brian says he is, with especial emphasis on "good guy." I don't have his shop phone number handy, but it can easily be found. Can't promise he has any more binder bolts, but...
Warm regards from a clanky old backup p.c. with an 030 chip,(my Mac's broken)
