73 to 78. Courtesy of the Dura Ace history page on the Shimano website. Although this goes for these particular components, I wouldn't know about the black ones specifically.

Does anyoneone know what year the Black Dura Ace components were made? I know it was the 70's, but not sure exactly what year. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
