Ebay has a 1984 Vista Elite bike with Araya 631 tubing
and Shimano 600 drive train. Anyone ever hear of a
Vista? Was someone in Vista, CA speccing and importing
a Japanese bike badged the Vista Elite the same way a
San Diego outfit was doing with SR? Its a nice looking
bike,too. Only excuse for asking is that it is part of
my quest to identify vintage lightweight California
bike brands and makers and perhaps Vista spanned
onlist period and off.
