I think Ted already went to bed... I think he is one of only a couple on the list even older than me...

Yes that lower REG pump clip is made specifically for the original style pot metal Silca pump end. I've got them on a couple of my early '50s Italian bikes. Sorry I can't direct you to a clear enough jpeg to actually make out what one looks like.
