Kim, Are you sure it's a tourer?

Single TT shifter BO and head tube lock suggest city use. Maybe a commuter or even a budget porteur bike.

Isn't "Inoxidable" French for "Stainless"? Try a magnet on the frametubes.

I always figured stainless would be "Plan A" for a commuter bike.
