It is hard to tell from the pictures. I bought one new around 1986 (the Ten-Speed Drive phase) that had the same decals and head tube sticker. Even though it was called a "touring" model, it had extremely steep angles (74-75 degrees) and a very high bottom bracket. As I recall, the bottom bracket height was in excess of 11 inches.
I never understood this strange geometry and eventually sold it.

I just saw this Woodrup on Ebay (7157589445). It looks like a fairly tight frame, possibly from the 10-speed Imports phase, rather than the longer, laid back designs of the earlier ones. Also seems a bit tall for a 52 cm, with 31 inch stand-over.
Anyone see any clues that would add insight? I'd like one of the longer ones.
