I was going to make the same observation. I've been amazed at some of the DeRosa prices lately, especially in that a still-produced marque with relatively high volume, at least in recent decades, commands higher prices than bikes which were rarer, even in the days of lower than current DeRosa production. Obviously I just don't get it. Someone sees something in these bikes that I simply don't.

Well, subject line says nearly all. I was lead to believe that the (Mario) Confete Masi was the "holy grail" of bicycles?

What am I missing here with regards to the history of this DeRosa bicycle?
