Rode my 1972 Mondia Special green fade kitted up as acommute bike. Rode all around town including various fire roads, trails, RR tracks, to my favorite coffee shop, to do errands.
Along the way, spotted a pick-up piled full of old bikes, mostly MTB's with a free sign. Owner said he'd been taking in bikes and re-issuing them for 3 years, but was ready to cease this progam, too little reward (spiritually, not monetary).
I came away with two pair of tubular rims, AVA and Mavic Montherly's and an MA-2. If someone needs the AVA's, I'll ship 'em for the cost of shipping.
