Turns out Dale has put a photo of the head tube on my 1966 PX-10 on the CR web site at: http://www.classicrendezvous.com/France/Peugeot/peugeot_everett2.htm

This shows the gold pinstriping around the lugs as on the referenced Ebay bike. This may all be moot, as the bike appears to have been withdrawn from Ebay.
