Subject: [CR]Raleigh Headbadge

This newly acquired Raleigh USA has a missing headbadge. What puzzles me is there are only 2 horizontal holes in the headtube. All my other Raleighs have 3 hole headbadges (incl Anniversary). Anyone else seen or have this?
