I know this has been touched on but I just wanted to add my complaint. There really does seem to be a rash of zero feedback bidders on ebay in recent weeks.

Just yesterday I was going to bid on this: http://ebay.com/<blah> RK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1

Item #:7169679578 A raleigh clubman. In the last few minutes someone with zero feedback showed up and started driving up the price. I don't believe the seller is on the CR list, if he is I apologize, but it seemed like schill (sic) bidding to me.

It's been happening a lot lately and with everyone else mentioning it I've gotten paranoid. I was going to bid on the clubman but decided not to figuring things might have gotten out of hand, I'm sorry I didn't.

Just figured I'd offer my 2 cents.

Not sure what your point is here. I see 21 bids, only three of them from a zero-feedback member, and he only drove the price up a whopping $21.00. Two experienced eBayers made significantly higher bids than the newbie, and it finished much higher than the newbie's max. bid. Greg Parker Ann Arbor, Michigan
