I use a standard fixed cup wrench which I am able to hold in pllace with a little bolt set up I've made.
I thread a ( I think it's a 5/8 ) bolt with washers through from the bracket shell and put the wrench in place on the outside. Then I slide some real big flat washers up against the wrench and tighten on a nut from the outside - holds the wrench in place against the cup.
I use a steel pipe that I slotted to slide over the wrench and drilled for two pins - through the pipe and the wrench.
I get about 3 feet of solid lever and it cost me about $6 to make it.
