Uh, hello, the cancer had spread to his brain (among other places). His skull was opened up in two locations. Greg Parker Ann Arbor, Michigan (home of Car and Driver Magazine, who just had their 50th Anniversary Celebration this past weekend in Indy - wow, was that fun...).
