I think this is one of those situations that needs to be examined from both perspectives, yet it will not yield a satisfactory conclusion for either side.
Consider this: someone is being forced by sad circumstances to sell some bicycles, a few of which seem to have sentimental value in addition to the real value of the items. One of the frames is being offered for the equivalent of something like 40 dollars. There is a fellow in America interested in this frame but for him, the true cost is actually much greater than $40, due to the shipping.
Even for the seller, the business of shipping the frame is a burden. He makes no profit on this aspect of the transaction but must expend time and effort in packing the frame, bringing it to the post office, and so forth.
It's sad...
