WARNING Jose!!! If that's not a Nitto stem, and is in fact a Cinelli as it appears to me, then it is dangerously too high, too far out of the fork. Not only is the rider at risk, but the expander is up there in that threaded section of the steerer and is likely to ruin the fork!
