Don't know the age for sure, but that frame is probably early 80's maybe. That top effect came and went in a flash, but don't remember when.

Technically Medici closed it's doors back in the late 90's and became Simo Cycles or Simonetti about that time. I think there is a date code to the serial numbers. If you know that I may be able to come up with something.
