I'm looking for brass escutcheon pins in 13 ga. or 0.92" - 3/32". I can get them, but they're sold by the pound for about $22 for 900 or so and I really only wish to get a half dozen or at least two. If anyone on the list can help me I would certainly appreciate it. This is to re-afix the headbadge on my Viking Severn Valley frame.
As an aside, I was at Sam Fitzsimmons warehouse the other day, talk about a kid in a candy store! I was looking for a user adjustable stem for my project bike, the one he had looked like someone had taken a hammer to it, so I'm still looking. He pointed out a Severn Valley bike, virtually unridden with all original components that he'd rescued from someone's garage, looked to be about 55-56 cm. It was neat seeing the bike as described in the Viking brochure on Dale's site. Then again, too many cool bikes to mention hanging on walls, and just everywhere. The showroom had a path going through it, but the warehouse in back was barely penetrable. Too much fun!
