Isn't it just a tad ironic the an extremely vocal proponent of the "ride it to death, preserve nothing, a bike unridden is not a bike at all" school of thought has drydocked a bike while he searches for an historically accurate stem? Will your Team Pro sit for months while you scour the planet for one of the last Maillard "700-mile" Dural freewheels in order to keep it OE, or will you break down and buy a steel Regina like the one everybody used back then anyway?
