You're right, I should have been more precise and said I agreed with some, or most, of what had been said before. I agree with you and Sheldon that t hey do not shift as well as Shimano derailleurs I used at that time. I agr ee with Jerry that they shift as well as other European deraillers I had al so used at that time (faint praise, I admit). And I agree with you in that today they look pretty nice on a vintage bike.
I implied that they were durable when I said I had been using one for twelv e years but I should have indicated that I had not used a Shimano derailleu r for an equal period of time to properly compare it with.
