Sorry for not putting the make down it is the rarer make and type of Merkens stems Presta? the one with the nice dome end and not the GB kind which is far more common, that is a bit missleading as they are not that easy to find now. Yes it is the droop kind or flaccid as my female tandem partner use to say. Circa 30's to late 60's.
