Subject: [CR]WTB Size 49 cycling shoes

I've blessed with over-large feet. I'd like to find a pair of size 49 (yes, 49) cycling shoes for use with traditional toe-clip pedals. Anyone happen to know where I can find a pair?

(If I can't obtain a pair, you'll all have to forgive me when the year comes that I finally show up at the Cirque and I'm meeting you all in person for the first time, and there I am wearing modern clipless pedals and shoes).
