I doubt that this frame was built later than the mid-70s. The clamp-on shift levers, top tube cable clips, clunky lookin' sand cast or forged fork crown, generous brake reach etc all suggest that the frame could be as old as the vendor claims.

The only unusual feature is the lack of the distinctive Legnano seatlug clamp. Contrary to what has been asserted, this feature is not a 100% reliable indicator, as evidenced by this frame on the CR website: http://www.classicrendezvous.com/Italy/Legnano/Legnano_Green_frame.htm

Legnano also owned Frejus. It is probable that there would have been some 'badge engineering' to meet demand. I think that the Legnano green Frejus on the CR site Frejus page would be an example of this.
