A Bob Jackson frame and fork that I owned briefly 15 years ago, by a stroke of luck came home yesterday. It is a pretty nervex lugged thing that is WAY smaller than I remembered. The owner that I had originally bought it from had told me that it was his "grass track" racer which I had no idea about back then. Well it has horizontal road dropouts with a der. hangar and oval fork blades so I am thinking that it must just be a road bike, but when I put a set of 700c wheels in it last night it has track clearances. But it also has fender eyelets and there would be no clearance for fenders.....SO, would it still have had 26" wheels in the early sixties?
