This stem appeared on quite a few Italian GC's in '73 and '74. I believe a
few showed up on early Carlsbads as well. It had Falliero's sig panto'ed o n the sides, and tapered milled slots on top (the front one in yellow, the rea r one in blue). In '74 it was part of a package of components that included milled-out shift levers lined in yellow, milled seatpost (blue and yellow fi ll), milled chainrings, and Masi-engraved ttt bars.
