Next Friday evening, September 2, 2005 there will be a benefit dinner at the Italian Athletic Club in San Francisco for Davis Phinney's foundation. It looks like a slice of American racing heaven past and present. As far as benefits go, this is pretty affordable: $40 a person.
I would like to see if there is enough interest from the CR list to purchase a table of 8. Please let me know asap if you are interested. Significant others certainly welcome.
