J.P., O.D. of the B.V.V.W. asked: "Where's Heath Avenue?"

Heath Avenue is in the Bronx, two blocks east of the Major Deegan Expressway. It intersects with W. Kingsbridge Rd. about three blocks east of the Broadway Bridge. W. Kingsbridge from Heath to Sedgwick is a steep hill, about 10% grade.
