I have a number of Zeus hubs and FWs and have never noticed anything unusual about the fit, even when mixing with non-Zeus hubs and FWs. However, nearly all the these are English thread, so I can't rule out that Zeus metric hubs might be tighter than usual. I said in my previous post I'd be inclined to go with the English FW, but if the hub was measured as French, one kind of has the dilemma of deciding how tight is the "tight" French FW or how loose is the "loose" English FW. Almost impossible to accurately communicate this. I've occasionally had to use a wrench and remover tool to install an FW on a tight hub, although I did this with great care. If the hub and FW thread match, one should only have to use modest force on the wrench, and usualy only to get past a tight spot, after which one can thread it on the rest of the way by hand. Trouble is, all of this is pretty subjective.
