A true wag would answer that the "marque" is Raleigh, and leave it at that.
Presuming this lovely machine is within timeline, and that the original color was red, it is almost certainly not all original (triple crank and the Rally would disqualify it there). If it is 531 and Record, it could possibly be a Team Professional. Actually, I can't think of anything else that it could be IF everything else is original and correct.
Some other possibilities: SuperCourse with Campagnolo upgrades; Professional, International or Competition with paint job; Team Record (which I don't think had 531 tubing); or something else.
Since someone slapped a triple on it, I'd hope it is a repainted International. Maybe someone at the shop knows exactly what it is and can end the mystery.
