The bike I have just pulled apart had black hubs, black calipers but silver and slotted levers.black gear levers black headset as described and the cranks have black in the grove that runs down their length. This may have been applied later but I know my brother has not repainted it so whatever it is, it is quite hardy. The black chain rings have not survived but I don't recall them being drilled like the ones in Duane's photo's.
