Mark Hugh Enox knows about Echelon. He told me they were imported by DIN, a wholesaler/importer in California. The frames were made by Cherubim, who look like KOFs to me: http://www2u.biglobe.ne.jp/~cherubim/ I have seen one other on ebay- a sport tourer that was outed on the Bob list early this year. Unfortunately I didn't save the photos.
