I'm not sure I can offer you anything other than what you know, and beside I don't exactly remember the question; however, my 60's Olmo Special has these rims, and I know they were stock on this bike. I would hazard a guess and say that Fiamme stopped making them in the 60's.
I'd like to find a set for the Cinelli I am restoring.
I'll bet this subject has come up before, so a search of the archives might be worth your time.
