It's 7mm. You can get hex keys in that size from Sears -
either in the store or on-line. If for some reason you want to
get fancy, you can also get them from Snap-On, Facom or SK.
Those would be hex keys or hex bit drivers for a 3/8 inch
ratchet wrench.
By the way, the old British system of bolt/nut measurements
is Whitworth. :-D
