"Schwinn-Approved" (SunTour) bar-cons were available as an option on the P-13, P-15/65, and P-10/60 models. They weren't listed as a factory option on the tandem, but could probably be added by the dealer. If yours are branded as SunTour, they are likely aftermarket.
