After many attempts and much help from the CR list I finally found the correct seat binder bolt. I tried 1/4-20 Whitworth, regular 1/4-20, 1/4-26 BSB/BSF, 6 mm. After resolving some alignment issues involving the ears, 1/4-28 UNF fit perfectly. I took the .370" diameter of the bolt head down to .340" to fit inside the recess and trimmed the overall length, including head, to .900". Now if it'll only get above freezing I might be able to ride her. Also, because of the list, I now have the correct early version NR brake levers for her as well. (Thanks Nick Z)
