By happy coincidence my small (six issues!) collection of "Cycling" magazines includes the 18 November 1954 issue which has a nice feature on Louison Bobet who had, of course, won that year's TdF.

This included a nice drawing from "Le Cycle" of the Stella he rode to victory with the following dimensions (which I hope I have interpreted correctly here):

Seat tube: 22.64" (I think this is c to c) Top tube: 22.44" Chain stay: 17.52" Bottom bracket to fork drop out: 23.62" Wheelbase: 41.14" Bottom bracket to ground: 10.43" Fork rake: 1.97" Weight: 26.4 lbs (including it is mentioned spare tubular, two water bottles and cages and C02 bottle) alas no frame angles indicated.
