A couple weeks ago we had a discussion on tools to fit headset cups with pin holes on the side. Well, Ron Boi has a VAR #13 pin tool on eBay -- item #7212018255. It looks to be missing its pins, but these should be fairly available from e.g. "Bicycle Tools Etc."
