Brent is a good guy, as are most of the staff at Phil Wood. I exchanged BB's for others with different axle lengths, also had some BB bearings replaced. He aways tried to get me the best price, rather than trying to run up the cost like some companies do. Always prompt, curteous and helpful. Phil Woods is a classy outfit. I hope they can stay that way.

Brent of Phil Wood responded very courteously and sent me a set of bolts for what I thought was a very reasonable charge. They have the "washers" attached. The washers are really thick flanges to me, but I guess that is what you call them. Interesting points are that the bolts are longer than the stem bolts I was using and the fork tip rests on a threaded area, not a smooth area as some of us thought might be the case. But, I'm happy, particularly with Brent at Phil Wood. Lou Deeter, Orlando FL
