No, the decal I was referring to uses the Falck brand. We have discussed the Libellula tubing before. It is also found on Frejus bikes, most notably the Pro track model that has oversize fork blades and specially shapped chainstays made with Libellula tubing. Because the frames are often chromed, you can see the dragonfly symbols stamped on the tubes. So I guess Frejus had a long term working relationship with Falck.
