Mark - thanks for the link to your auction. At this point I'm pretty sure these cranks aren't machined down versions of the SR/NR cranks or Ofmegas (at least not the ones in your auction). The arms are wider, and in general the cranks seem to have more material and are more stout. Here's a photo of the Pista non-drive arm versus the mystery set's:

...and if you look at the spider-to-crank junction, the mystery cranks have quite a bit more of the arm connected to the spider:

As for the concentric machined circles on the back of the spider, I haven't seen any other crank manufacturers leave that treatment on their cranks. Does anyone know another set of cranks like that?
