Randy, Some additional information supplied by Dale supports what you are saying. Mr. Makino went out on his own after Mr.. Konno's misfortune, but he very well might have continued producing the 3rensho models for a period prior to starting up, or perhaps even when he was independent. Sorry for the misinformation.
