Wow - what a bunch of jerks that operation is. They charged me $90 to ship the frame by ground, then somehow the package ended up getting lost in transit. The seller's communications is the worst as they almost never repl y to emailed questions, and I had to deal with FedEx for many days trying to figure out what happened to the frame. The FedEx agents thought that the frame was likely poorly packaged/labeled and that the label fell off.

When I emailed the seller to tell them that FedEx said the bike was lost, they amazingly sent me a different (and wrong) tracking number saying that things were OK.

Anyways, the frame never arrived and after no success in getting the seller to refund me (at that point could make a claim with FedEx to recoup their loss) I had to file a complaint with Paypal. That step worked in motivating the seller to issue me a refund and they threw in some bonus surleyness to go with it.

The short of it is that they're one of those "drop it off and we'll sell in for you on eBay" places. My biggest gripe is their very poor communications throughout the entire transaction. Now it looks like they got the frame bac k and didn't bother to email me to see if perhaps we could resume where we left off. Oh well.
